The Green Users’ Guide Project Has Come to an End

cikk, szerző: sodi

The cooperation between the Municipality of Palást and Mary’s Route Public Benefit Association in the project SKHU / WETA / 1901 / 4.1 / 229, Green Innovative Users’ Guide - Our Common Natural Values, came to an end on 30.09.2021.

One of the aims of the project, to strengthen cooperation between the two partner countries, encouraged other partners to work together during the development of the game.

The web and mobile application developed during the development is intended to present the natural values of the area, which the partners want to maintain and expand in the long run. This is especially true for new international relations.

Among the results of the project, it is important to mention that the natural values that have been assessed and recorded are really worth mentioning one by one. It is important to mention here that the number of untapped and out-of-game values seems almost endless, as more and more values could always have been added to the list when collecting and organizing data, giving more and more opportunities to expand the content of the game. These will, of course, be expanded by the partners at a later stage.

The promotional activities, the workshop and the dissemination event organized within the project were all used during the project implementation period to promote and present the developed application.

Mary’s Route Association and the Municipality of Palást, independently of each other, have always tried to create the right conditions in order to increase the number of visitors in the areas with excellent environmental conditions, using all the potential of the mentioned attractions, they tried to keep these aspects in mind during the joint work as well.

The cooperation between the Municipality of Palást and Mary’s Route Public Benefit Association was implemented within the framework of the Interreg V-A Slovakia-Hungary Cooperation Program project ID SKHU / WETA / 1901 / 4.1 / 229, Green Innovative Users’ Guide - Our Common Natural Values.
